Artemis is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and demonstrated experience developing a wide range of visually engaging communications products for federal clients. The Graphic Designer translates complex, technical, or sensitive information into clear, accessible, brand-consistent visual content — including infographics, presentations, publications, brochures, fact sheets, social media graphics, digital signage, and other outreach materials — for print, digital, web, and social media channels.
The Graphic Designer role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience in graphic design, visual communications, or creative production, ideally within a federal, healthcare, or military environment. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.
This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).
Work location varies by contract and may be remote, hybrid, or fully onsite. Occasional travel for client engagements, in-person meetings, or events may be required.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse, and communicate verbally and in writing. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
