This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).

Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for client engagements may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables, and prepare associated agendas and materials.
  • Capture meeting minutes and create, track, and follow up on action items in a timely manner, particularly critical requests from leadership.
  • Develop briefing and informational decks, including basic graphic support, for program and executive audiences.
  • Support needs assessments and market research to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in VA digital health services.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and performance improvement metrics across a portfolio of digital health initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and help document and monitor mitigation strategies.
  • Provide data analytics support and compile monthly status reports and project dashboards reflecting activities, resources, accomplishments, and risks.
  • Maintain records and organized documentation to support accurate detailed and summary reporting upon request.
  • Assist with coordinating stakeholder engagement and follow-up across VA offices and program partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, business analysis, or a related support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Familiarity with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others.
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically both written and orally.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment and understand complex issues quickly.
  • Ability to receive feedback from clients and implement changes quickly and effectively.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
