Job Summary

Artemis and Aptive are seeking a full-time Analysis Task Leader with a strong background in project management, research, data analysis and survey best practices to support and execute efforts for a federal client. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver who works well both independently and as part of a team and is comfortable receiving and implementing feedback on project tasks. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing and analyzing surveys to gather valuable feedback for a large customer satisfaction contract for the federal government.

 

The Analysis Task Leader role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience managing a large-scale survey design and implementation, client relationships and internal teams. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.

 

This is a contingent hire position.

 

This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the analysis of multiple large-scale, nationwide surveys as well as the overall contract work activities related to the collection of data.
  • Assist with the development of a survey methodology for data collection, analysis and reporting of findings related to customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the development of surveys from concept to execution, ensuring questions are clear, unbiased and aligned with research objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators for surveys that will measure changes in behavior, adoption and perception.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research methodologies, best practices and industry trends and apply them to enhance survey design and data collection.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand research goals, provide expert guidance on survey analysis strategies and address client-specific requirements.
  • Review and refine existing survey analysis methods, making recommendations for improvements in question wording, response options and overall structure.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of survey data analysis to minimize errors and bias.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in survey design best practices and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience.
  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in national survey development and survey administration.
  • Knowledge of mail, online and mixed mode survey data collection processes.
  • Knowledge of survey preparation instruments, sample, data processing documentation and file preparation, all aspects of computer data collection storage and retrieval, data specification and coding procedures, and all other aspects of survey administration.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
