Job Summary

Aptive seeks a skilled Program Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) RISE Implementation initiative by providing analytical and coordination support. This role will assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing program data to support planning, readiness assessments, and implementation activities. The analyst will contribute to tracking workstream progress, documenting requirements, and supporting the development of reports and briefings that inform decision-making across VHACO and VISNs.

Primary Responsibilities

In support of implementation, the Program Analyst will help maintain project trackers, dashboards, and execution plans to monitor progress toward Initial and Full Operating Capability. Responsibilities include supporting coordination across workstreams, documenting risks, issues, and dependencies, and assisting in the development of implementation artifacts such as checklists, status reports, and performance metrics. The analyst will also support evaluation activities by contributing to post-implementation reviews, lessons learned documentation, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance program performance.

A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, economics, or a related field is required, with experience or coursework related to federal programs or healthcare environments preferred. The role requires proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
