Job Summary

Artemis and Aptive are seeking a full-time Web Programmer with a strong background in project management, research, data analysis and survey best practices to support and execute efforts for a federal client. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver who works well both independently and as part of a team and is comfortable receiving and implementing feedback on project tasks. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing and analyzing surveys to gather valuable feedback for a large customer satisfaction contract for the federal government.

 

The Web Programmer role requires a self-starter, proactive problem solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience managing a large-scale survey design and implementation, client relationships and internal teams. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude.

 

This is a contingent hire position.

 

This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations for how to improve web tools and websites related to the client’s customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Implement improvement recommendations to enhance the user experience of the web tools and survey instruments.
  • Check websites and survey implementation for errors and resolve broken links, typos, non-compliant content and other errors.
  • Research and report on current trends to creative web-based internet programs.
  • Ensure all web content is Section 508 compliant, as applicable.
  • Add or adjust pages to better target information to specific audiences.
  • Track, quality check and resolve all web updates for review with the client on regular basis.
  • Use web data analytics and digital tools to improve overall performance.
  • Support other duties and assignments as required by clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest programming and survey methodologies, best practices and industry trends and apply them to enhance survey design and data collection.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in customizable aspects of programming for the web and survey development efforts.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, debugging and maintaining web and survey content.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Section 508 compliance standards and related laws within the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
  • Knowledge of computer, networking and survey applications, principles, concepts and methods.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
