Job Summary

Artemis has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Growth Analyst to join the Artemis corporate team. The Growth Coordinator will perform a variety of duties related to improving growth and proposal services across Artemis. Ability to perform research, work with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, outline process definitions and design, and provide recommendations are also key functions of this role. The Growth Coordinator plays critical role focused on proposal quality assurance and the ideal candidate must be comfortable multitasking effectively, be ambitious and eager to learn, and have a great attention to detail and the ability to adjust quickly to a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment. This position reports directly to the Director of Growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced knowledge of corporate data sources and systems and become adept at quickly extracting and analyzing data from these sources.
  • Support capture by conducting secondary research to help the team understand the competitive landscape, potential teaming partners, and market intelligence to help position us to win new work.
  • Pre-populate, further develop, and manage the process for RFI responses.
  • Prepare for solicitations by conducting pre-RFP research and planning activities.
  • Pipeline and customer engagement data analysis at the Operations level, driving process improvement and data integrity across Artemis.
  • The coordinator works independently and as part of a team to direct and achieve day-to-day and strategic objectives with significant and high visibility impact on Growth operations
  • Support requirements gathering, data collection and analysis; and manage corporate information in support of business units across the company.
  • Analyze solicitation documents upon RFP release to determine pursuit.
  • Coordinate Data Calls to subcontractors and other teammates.
  • Manage proposal assets for reuse as part of corporate knowledge management initiative.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of applicable experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication (written and oral) skills and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting local and virtual team members across various geographical locations.
  • Expert Microsoft Word skills (including templates, styles) with strong desktop publishing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience/ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, and Adobe Professional.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in the government environment for a federal contractor
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
  • Ability to solve an array of challenges using professional, understandable concepts.
  • Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to communicate across most mediums and settings.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.
  • Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Willing to travel within the continental US as required (10% or less)
