Job Summary

Artemis ARC is seeking a full-time, versatile marketing and communications leader with demonstrated experience in leadership and strategy for large-scale federal digital media platforms (social media, web content, email marketing). To be successful in this role, this individual must use strategic communications consulting, marketing knowledge, research, and team leadership to establish and advance the goals and objectives of multiple large-scale campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong customer interaction skills, a deep understanding of media analytics and a demonstrated ability to work with and manage various stakeholders across multiple tasks.

 

Experience developing and delivering compelling, informative and well written content is a requirement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver and action-oriented team player with previous experience developing effective targeted messaging and calls to action for large and diverse audiences. He/she must be committed to providing superior service, poised in a fast-paced environment and have a positive and flexible attitude.

 

This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and edit content for multiple daily posts across social media platforms.
  • Review and edit content for web article/blog posts.
  • Assist in the production and development of commercial public service announcement videos and bi-annual location photoshoots.
  • Track selected key performance indicators and contribute to outlined marketing campaigns and performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for asset and message cohesion across multiple large digital platforms.
  • Manage client meetings and communicate project goals and outcomes.
  • Review all owned media graphics to ensure accuracy, diversity and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with team members in areas including blog post development, paid media, and more to maintain synchronized campaign efforts across the project.
  • Work with web development team to construct or revise website pages as needed.
  • Ensure and maintain consistent messaging is utilized across website, social, email, and video content.
  • Implement changes and requests provided by clients and other team members effectively and quickly.
  • Produce weekly live program broadcast through LinkedIn.
  • Assist with ad hoc social media development requests, as needed.
  • Assist with other ad hoc requests, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
  • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
